We spent 3 weeks at the jasmine palace and we have no complaints. Very spacious room, exceptionally clean throughout the whole resort. All the staff are helpful, Friendly and welcoming, a special thank you to Muhammad at the Arorau buffet restaurant he was amazing, and also yoseff, and Abdul at the wave bar. I am a very fussy, picky eater, but managed to enjoy some really good food. we will definitely be going back next year x

We’ve had a wonderful stay at Jasmine Palace Hotel. Our room was kept spotlessly clean throughout our visit, thanks to Akhmed, who did a truly professional job every day. The room always felt fresh, tidy, and welcoming.
A special mention to Mohammed, the young waiter, who was always friendly, attentive, and polite. He really looked after us.
The animation team were fantastic — full of energy, fun, and inclusive. They never left anyone out and always made sure guests felt welcome to join in, without any pressure.
Overall, a brilliant experience with amazing staff who genuinely care. We’ve really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Jasmine Palace to others!

This was our second stay here after seven years, and once again it proved to be an excellent choice. Every single member of the staff was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive, which truly made our stay special.
The hotel is impeccably clean, with the garden being continuously and beautifully maintained. The quality and variety of the food were outstanding and exceeded our expectations.
As a small suggestion, it might be worth placing an informational sign near the pier to warn snorkelers about potentially dangerous fish species (such as puffer fish, lionfish, etc.), as we noticed several guests trying to touch them and felt the need to warn them ourselves.
Overall, everything was excellent once again, and we would happily return in the future.

Our stay at the Jasmine Palace Resort was a mixed experience. While we managed to have a relaxing holiday overall, several points regarding hygiene and organization significantly impacted our impression.
Service & Beach
The staff was very friendly and professional throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the beach staff: they were always looking out for the guests, ensuring everyone quickly received a sunbed and a windbreak. This was excellent service! Regarding the sea, it is strongly influenced by the tide, but this did not bother us at all.
Gastronomy & Hygiene
The food was good and offered a nice variety; the modern Aurora restaurant is a very stylish space. However, the cleanliness of the glassware was an absolute no-go. On five separate occasions, we were served glasses with clear lip marks on the rim—both in the restaurant and at the beach bar. This is a major hygiene failure that really spoiled our appetite.
New Year’s Eve Experience
The New Year’s Eve buffet was visually stunning and massive. However, the organization was quite stressful. Unlike other hotels we’ve visited (like Pickalbatros), where the gala dinner and party are separated and relaxed, everything here was cramped, loud, and felt like mass processing. We had to wait in very long lines and were seated very tightly with strangers. There was also no real fireworks display at midnight.
Rooms & Facilities
Our Superior Room was cozy and featured a large shower, which we really liked. Housekeeping was great and kept everything clean. However, be aware that the workmanship is very rough compared to European standards—the tiling is uneven, and floor tiles are coming loose in many places throughout the room.
Animation & Vendors
The beach vendors were very persistent and annoying, constantly trying to sell spa treatments or excursions at utopian prices (e.g., €50 for camel riding or €450 for a spa package). It makes it hard to relax. The animation team was also very loud and often too pushy. We also missed having a cozy outdoor bar atmosphere in the evening, as the only lounge is in the lobby.
Summary:
The staff is lovely and the food is good, but the dirty glasses and the chaotic New Year's organization were significant downsides. Despite this, we had a relaxing time, but the hotel needs to improve its standards.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with housekeeping maintaining a high standard every day. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind.
The food was another highlight — a great variety of fresh and tasty options, with something for everyone. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly, making every meal enjoyable.
The facilities were excellent, including the pool and common areas, which were always clean and well organized. Whether you’re looking to relax or enjoy activities, the hotel offers a great balance.
Overall, Jasmine Palace Hotel exceeded my
